Inspired by a small plant often dismissed as a weed, this artwork celebrates the beauty that can be found in the ordinary and overlooked. The composition focuses on the bold structure of the leaf veins, revealing patterns and forms that are easily missed in passing.
Nature provided most of the arrangement, with only minor adjustments to the placement of the leaves. Created in ink and watercolour, the piece is a reminder that value and beauty are not determined by status, rarity, or human preference.
