Shipping

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. For original artworks, made-to-order items, or custom pieces, processing times may be longer. Any extended timeframe will be noted in the product description.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, carrier availability, and seasonal demand. As we are a small studio, exact delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed at this time. Orders will be dispatched as promptly as possible after processing. Once your order has been shipped, any available tracking details will be provided.

We currently ship within Australia.

Packaging

Artwork is packaged carefully to help ensure safe arrival. All reasonable care is taken to package items securely for shipment using protective materials appropriate to the artwork or product.

While every effort is made to help ensure safe delivery, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and item so the matter can be assessed and an appropriate resolution considered.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of artwork and small business operations, we do not accept returns for change of mind unless required by Australian Consumer Law. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the information provided and, where appropriate, determine a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy at our discretion where permitted by law.

Claims may be declined where damage appears to have occurred after delivery, through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Where a return of the item is required, we will advise you of the return process. Where a return is approved due to an item being faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly by us, return shipping costs will be covered by us where applicable. For returns approved for other reasons, including change of mind where accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not liable for delays or damage caused solely by third-party carriers where items were packaged with reasonable care, except where consumer rights apply.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order details.

Original Artwork / Custom Orders

Original artworks and custom commissions are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Return Shipping

Where a return is approved, return shipping arrangements will be advised at that time.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes rights available to you under Australia Consumer Law.
